With my current FNRS, I am working on biological possibility and stochasticity. Among other projects, Francesca Merlin and I have had an article accepted on the historical contingency of development. I am also in the process of finishing an article on the explanatory power of chance in terms of scientific understanding. I am also one of the editors of a special issue of the French journal Lato Sensu entitled Le vague dans les sciences published in 2024. In the same year, I published an article entitled Contingent notions in molecular scenarios: Stochasticity as insufficiency of causal dependence (ICD) in a Springer book.

This website contains summaries and publications of past work, and descriptions of work in progress. There is also a section devoted to visual art, since drawing helps me narrate the adventures and misadventures of pursuing a career in the humanities.
